Outstanding Support Experieince!
I was connected with a tech support agent who spoke English! Short call back period, fast response. Knowledgeable of apps as well as operating system, a pleasure to work with. John cleared up several longstanding issues as well as fixing my problem.

It's Fixed!
The first tech for my issue was ok, but my problem wasn't 100% fixed. I called back, and the second tech fixed it in 10 minutes and 32 seconds. I am so so thankful. I just knew I'd be on the phone for hours.
