Customer service both on the phone and during instillation were great! I have had 8-10 outages since installation just a week ago with is disappointing. Outages are understandable during a storm but the others were during just minimally cloudy days.

Too many trees=no dish

To be fair, I came from an urban area and now I am in a rural area where Dish is my only option. The internet is slow and there is a data cap, which I am not used to. Dish doesn't update the usage online as promised and they would not help me via online communication, only give me phone number after phone number to call the "right" department. I'm beginning to believe there isn't a right department.

The quality is good, the installer was great but the day after I had the installation, I received an advertisement offer from Dish to come back. This offer was for a great monthly rate as well as $100. I was never told about this when I ordered it. Very upsetting!!!!

the crew that installed was great, issue is with Dish was suppose to but the sound bar I purchased on next month billing instead they billed it right away and when you call and ask them about it they basically say it is what it is ..

I've had dish for a few weeks now and it seems to be more of an agervation than anything. I can't get my channels to change half the time. I've changed the batteries in the remote and it still doesn't work properly. It works may be 3 or 4 hours out of the day. When I purchased dish I thought I would have a good selection of channels but it's only a few channels I enjoy watching. I'm considering canceling my service with dish. Would not recommend dish to anyone.
