Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Fully explained what I was to receive, how to install my filters and an offer to assist if I had a problem. I’ll be back for my filter needs.

The unit arrived in great shape
The unit arrived in great shape, we have been using it now for about 3 weeks and it appears to be working great. Significant improvement in air quality, we will continue to monitor air quality but so far we are please with the unit.

Great experience
Order process was efficient. Because the air purifier I wanted was backordered, Barb informed me that delivery would not be immediate, and gave me a projected delivery date in several weeks. Delivery was actually a few days before projected. Thank you for a great product and excellent communication.
