Barb was great to work with! We were set up with the right purifier for our space and have seen a measurable difference in our warehouse. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our next purifier.

During the pandemic, filters for our air purifiers were hard to find. Barb did her best to get us our filters in a timely manner, but her supplier was not shipping as promised. Barb did her utmost to keep us aprised of progress of the order, which we ultimately did receive!

Thank you for your feedback, Susan. Yes, the pandemic has sent many hurdles for us from suppliers, supply chains, and carriers. However, we do our best to keep clients updated of their orders and avoid any delays we can control.

Barb is amazing! She very much cares about her clients and is brilliant at helping to find the best, least costly, option that suits one's needs. She is aware of conditions such as Multiple Chemical sensitivities and which models/brands have been beneficial in the past for others with the condition. As well as obtaining samples of filter media if needed. US Air Purifiers has a huge selection as well. Both myself and my family have purchased air purifiers from Barb and have had great outcomes. We've purchased three air purifiers, as well as,.multiple rounds of filter media refills. Even through COVID Barb has been doing all she can to make choosing and ordering an air purifier as quick and easy as possible. Somehow they do all this and still manage to keep competitive prices as well. :) Thank you for everything Barb! I'm a customer for life! With gratitude, Stephanie

First Barb Lulay is awesome! Her responsiveness and kindnesses during this COVID-19 time was appreciated. As for the product it appeared to work as expected and is very high quality. It will be used in a school nurse area to help protect staff.
