A massive thank you to Kelsey S for her solid support, not only did she help, but she was very straight forward, calm and extremely helpful. When we got disconnected she came straight back, and continued helping. OVH should be extremely thankful to have such a fantastic support rep working for them. One of my best OVH experiences to date!

I first made the choice to use OVH for my server needs in September, as someone who doesn't know a lot about technology to have their own server one of the main thoughts on my mind was cost. I emailed the customer svc dept and expressed my concerns. About a day or two later the rep emailed me to be on the look out for sales happening in about an hour. I made the jump and signed up right there. I was having some trouble with something server side today and I submitted a ticket and was met with Ashley O. who not only answered my question pretty thoroughly she added screen shots of what I was looking for as well as a link for more info. The staff at OVH really goes above and beyond to make sure our concerns are heard and solutions are given. I am so happy that I chose to work with them for my needs. Thanks again everyone at OVH
