The reorder process was very efficient. The first time I ordered a pair, they didn't turn out right, and they were remade. The second pair was great. When I placed a reorder, they assured me that they'd saved my specifications from that second, better pair. Sure enough, I got the right version!

I love my custom made orthotics by Bilt Labs/Urthotics! I have ordered two pairs and with the second pair they even made some adjustments after reading my review on the first pair, making them even more comfortable! I plan on buying more in the near future. Would definitely recommend Bilt Labs/Urthotics to anyone experiencing foot pain.

Love these orthotics! I’ve tried other companies and none of them gave my order the attention that they did. They worked hard to be sure everything was great and that I was satisfied. Re-ordered once and will do so again. I highly recommend!

These are great orthotics. They work AND I feel they are very reasonable priced compared to other "custom" orthotic products. I just reordered two more pairs and and received a free shipping label to have a very minor problem fixed with my current pair. I was very happy with the ease and attitude of the customer service rep.

I just bought two more pairs of the "active orthotic" for a total of seven pairs now owned. I also have a pair of the "everyday" for my dress shoes. This product has completely changed my relationship with my shoes. I LOVE them, and I've purchased so many because they will last for long time, and I don't want to keep switching them out between my shoes. So now, all the shoes I wear most often have a pair of these orthotics in them and ready to go!
