DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!

They used to be a good place for nice embroidery files. You have to beware their shady “coupon” tactics. Spend money get $10 off next order. You have less than a week to use it on non sale items and then the coupon still doesn’t work! You spend the entire time of the active coupon fighting with customer service because it isn’t working and then OOPS you can’t get it back “so sorry”. They don’t have to pay out or lose anything while stringing you along till it’s expired. The worst customer service ever.

Our team is at your disposal day and night!! Doesn't reply to emails, takes your money and POOF they are gone!! IN TRANSIT 56 days not one response

They sell fake army bombs. Please do not buy from them ! We know it's fake through little details. It will be less expensive. DO NOT BUY THERE

A month later and still waiting for my order. Never ordering from them again.

This company sells products they don't have with no intention of shipping them to you.

Sold an item which I believe they never had. Customer service is of no help. It seems like a complete scam. They say they have started a refund process and it will take 3-5 business days. It has now been well over one month. And they keep saying the same thing over and over. They took my money and ran. Without ever looking back.

terrible customer service, unwilling to help
