Good information, but a little overwhelming how it's presented. It's very focused on the test, which is fine, but I learn better with more real world stuff than teaching to memorize. Our instructor Stephan Mercer gave us a ton of really great supplemental information and templates which will be really helpful to bring this into my workplace.

This course was very well organized and I enjoyed it very much, especially all of the extra real life materials provided! I do feel like it would have been more beneficial to have prerequisites prior to the classes, such as reading the PMBOK guide, and having those terms already understood. During the classes I would have also enjoyed more interaction, and more real-life examples/comparisons, this would have made things more relatable.

Stephen Mercer did a great job, making sure to include additional relevant information to complement the training, keeping a comfortable pace covering the material, and being open and receptive to our questions. I feel more prepared for taking the exam now. The Upskills staff are not very clear on the what the course includes, like exams, access to e-learning, etc.

The instructor was well prepared and knowledgeable regarding materials. I would have appreciated a more segmented or step by step version, not familiar with some of the terms, and it' s a way of thinking which is more subjective.

Very thorough and detailed coursework for achieving the PMP certification. Class was well paced and laid out well to understand all of the glossary of new terms and how to apply them to the testing environment.
