Stephen Mercer was a great, knowledgeable instructor.

Stephen is very familiar with the subject and is very adamant about the materials and does a great job teaching it with examples

Emphasis on test questions was helpful. Supplemental tools to be a good PM was appreciated and value added

Steven Mercer was extremely prepared, on time, patient with questions, and very diplomatic in his responses even when I was off-base. His supplemental information to the class was highly useful in smoothing knowledge gaps. Constructively, there were parts that went too quickly and at times you could tell he was rushing. That may have been because Q&A was throughout the class vs at the end. Overall, I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to complete their requirements.

Stephen Mercer was a great instructor! made the course fun and interactive!

Stephen Mercer is a pro. The instructor and the course has a load of information and experience. Lots of information in a short amount of time so be sure to rest up!

Stephen did great at pacing the 4-day course. I appreciated how he took time to explain and answer questions when the group needed additional clarification. He has gone above and beyond to provide additional resources to help everyone succeed not only for the test, but also in the real-world.

Very useful set of additional materials, a lot of added value besides standards slides. Lots of examples from the wide trainer's experience. Highly recommended
