They are the best could not have been any easier, moved from CT to Myrtle Beach SC, the nicest people to deal with they put your mind at ease. From the fist phone call till the last drop off, I had 2 containers, they are great. The employees could not have been any nicer. Best company ever.

Everything about using UNITS was amazing. I had a long distance move and they handled everything perfectly. They explained the process and did everything they said they would. I don’t know how they managed to move all my stuff without one thing shifting in the container! Can’t thank them enough!

I recently used UNITS Storage and couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, they delivered exceptional service, unbeatable value, and top-tier storage solutions. The pricing is incredibly reasonable considering the level of professionalism, container quality, and convenience provided. UNITS truly stands out among storage companies — you get so much more for your money here. The delivery and pickup process was smooth, punctual, and completely stress-free. Their team was organized and attentive, and everything happened exactly on schedule. The storage container was clean, secure, weatherproof, and easy to access — perfect for both short-term and long-term use. Everything about this process — from booking to final pickup — was handled with care and professionalism. The ground-level loading, flexibility in scheduling, and high-quality containers made what could’ve been a stressful move feel simple and manageable.

The whole process of using a Units Pod was simple . The time frame to self pack and ship to your location was very efficient. Assistance and puck up was only a phone call away. Out container was actually delivered early. I would highly recommend this company for any future moves.

Between drop of of the Units and pickup they were on time and professional. When I thought I had an issue of maybe having the wrong Unit they were quick and helpful, I just had the wrong key. I stored with them for six months. Not a single item damaged or broken

Straight up best customer service. I had tried the OTHER big name company first... they were great, but weren't able to get the "pod" through my gate... UNITS was my second attempt ... Terry was not only sweet and reassuring, but efficient and confident in explaining the logistics. Victor (Driver) was able to make me priority and even beat me to my house. I got there and the container was already dropped off.. perfect... USE THESE GUYS... excellent customer service.. -Gonzalez Family San Antonio TX <3
