Once you learn how to navigate through the site it is fairly easy.

The tool is nice and featureful, support is available, billing part is buggy though (it allowed for some double booking and shut down my site by mistake).

I have had the most difficult time setting up a website until I signed up for Ucraft. I took full advantage of their 2 week trial period before deciding to pay for the basic program. I will likely upgrade to the pro shop in short order. The customer service has been very responsive and able to help. Some of the ways things work are not complete intuitive to me, but once I know the work around, I am generally able to accomplish what I set out to do. I will say that their blog platform is pretty terrible. All their handy page elements and customization goes out the window once you want to format a blog post. All you are able to do is but a photo above and below a paragraph. No image editing, no caption capability, no creative layout options. I have suggested that they make some changes to this portion of their website creator, especially since a blog is an integral portion of any company's web presence and can help sell product (or chase people away). The blog issue is truly something I hope they improve but the rest of the design process has been fairly pain-free. I have been able to create a professional looking website with very minimal skills.

There can be some issues with using templates with the free version that you are not informed of in advance of creating your site. This can be a problem if you invest time & effort into a design but then have to get their tech support to assist with making revisions. For example, templates include Pro features that if used block your ability to make some edits. There is no advance warning that this will be the case. That having been said once I contacted tech support via the chat, all the staff that helped in diagnosing & fixing the issue were very helpful. We were able to make the revisions without having to delete the website and start over. :-D
