Had an issue with my glasses and Ublins sent me another pair of frames. All I had to do was pop my lenses out of my old ones and pop them into the new frames. I'm extremely happy with their service and can't wait to order more glasses from them in the future when I'm ready for more!

The selections are bar none! Ublins have selections I haven’t seen ANYWHERE. I had so much fun picking beautiful looks. All superseded my expectations. They are so funky and elevate my fashion look to another level. Can't wait to get more.

Excellent and responsive customer service. The frames I got were even more beautiful in person than pictured, but I made mistake picking lenses and they were almost transparent. I reached out to customer service and they responded later that day with options for a replacement pair. I just had to pay for the shipping of the new frames and did not have to return the old ones.
