never received my products

Package never arrived.

It has been a week and a half since I placed my order, and I have not received a shipping conformation. I also sent a message to your customer service and never heard back. At this point I am starting to get very upset.

The two pack of Midland radios were obviously used. Each radio had a sticker with a persons name attached to it and the radios and accessories were just thrown in the box. I have been promise new radios but have not seen the replacements yet. This has been over Thanksgiving so I’ll wait until late next week before starting my email campaign.

You took my money, never shipped my product. You then promised to send a different product and it never arrived. Now you don't return phone calls. You're a fraudulent company and I'm going to shout that out to the world!

Order a Bluetooth mic for my kenwood NX-5900 radio. I was charged for the mic: however, it's backorder with an unknown eta. This is no way to do business.
