The sites are detecting the program and thus sending gibberish is there a secondary way to run through process to be free from them mixing signal? worked for weeks now almost detected immediately. I pay for the music and only download it to use on out of service areas...

Updated review: Originally had an issue with the program constantly asking for my registration details - This was fixed by the customer service team which I am very thankful for. Looks to be in working order now.

I love Tuneskit for Mac and Tuneskit Apple Music Converter, but neither of them have been working since I updated to macOS Mojave and that's really frustrating for me.

Good Product does what it says on the tin. BUT their customer service is crap. i asked for a refund after the first few attempts using the software. their website says 60 money back guarantee. but what they don't ell you is they wont refund you unless their is a very deep technical problem. i ended up repairing the problem myself it was a hardware fault. but their support were no use and didn't help and were quite rude. ONLY BUY IF YOU KNOW IT WILL WORK AS YOU WONT GET A REFUND.
