So far my experience has been excellent. I like all the “credit” and the new promotions that are given. I have been speaking to Johann and he has been helpful, super nice and explained and answered any questions that I had. I definitely will recommend friends

I did a lot of research into GPL-1 companies before choosing Yucca. All the reviews were positive, and their portal is very user friendly. My onboarding call with Johann went very smoothly. I like that I can message the doctor any time. I am looking forward to a brand new me!

I was so hesitant to try Yucca, but their support, their patient portal and their cost convinced me and I don regret it at all. I have been greatly surprised for their professionalism and how they guide you through everything, all the information is in the portal, but they also follow up with me and explain on the phone. I'm excited to see the results.

They're customer service was with you through the whole process. The did a check in call, which almost never happens with any other service.Hazel was my rep and was very helpful and insightful. They're tech support was also very helpful. I had issues logging into my portal and they were able to resolve it very quickly.
