I have been greeted with nothing but helpfulness, grace and respect. They have helped and resolved with my payment issues along with an order I received that was incorrect. They do what is right and I have not had any problem thus far with my journey. Customer service is top notch and would recommend thus far.

Al principio dude como lo haria la mayoría pero tome la mejor decisión, darle una oportunidad a Yücca y la expreiencia ha sido extraordinaria. Fue fácil someter la solicitud y llenar el cuestionario. Tienen varios metodos de pago que facilitan la compra y sobre todo los precios son reales. Sin contar que el envio fue sumamente rapido ya que en 2 días tenia los productos en la puerta de mi casa. Sin contar q trae todo lo que necesitas y las instrucciones en el empaque.

This has been such a positive experience, the patient portal is easy to use and Hazel called and made sure I was all set up and was comfortable with my plan. She was super helpful and informative and I highly recommend giving this program a try.

I’m very impressed with how streamlined the process is from doing assessment to the support available from doctor and support team especially Hazel! She was amazing walking me through my program, what to expect, where to go for help and more. It’s really making my journey very manageable. Thank you Hazel!! And the yucca team. Rachelle was very nice and answered all my questions. She helped me get started after I told her I was a bit nervous and “froze” to start. I felt very confident and comfortable after our talk. It took me a long time to start this journey and I don’t think I would’ve found a better way to start.

Every single question I had was answered quickly and thoughtfully, which made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how well-informed I felt while making my decision. The website is incredibly user-friendly, and I felt guided every step of the way without having to chase down a million different people just to get a simple answer. And the results? Immediate. I lost 5 pounds in my first week and I’m still counting. I’m honestly beyond ecstatic because my wedding is right around the corner, and I’ve already hit my goal weight. Couldn’t recommend Yücca Health more!
