I was hesitant to try a new POS system because it’s always been such a chore to set up. Well it again was a chore lol. BUT I’m so glad I did! Sunny was my salesperson and he was great and everything he sold me on was absolutely true with the new system. Max helped me with setup and was great. I had some little kinks that needed fixing and they were both right on it to get my system up to par. Now on to Otter POS, the system is really great! It is very easy to use. My staff was able to just jump on and easy figure out how to use the system within MINUTES! It seems that business has even already picked up with increased revenues. I LOVE the integration with DoorDash and UberEats, makes it so much easier and faster to get orders through. Highly recommend!

I never feel like I’m being sold something. Sunny Toor makes sure that I am a partner and he consults with me the best options based on my goals and vision. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur I was an executive for a Fortune 100 company, focused in sales and marketing. Sunny and Otter is what we wanted of our team. Good job guys. I know I’m a partner and not a customer.

Otter is amazing across the board! My onboarding was amazing with both Nick and Chris D as my point of contact, they made sure everything went smoothly. I set up my POS today and didn't know what the PIN was, but when I called in I got Jae on the line and he was able to help me figure it out within minutes. I appreciate all of the support that you all provide, it just feels great! Thank you all for what you do!
