I ordered some caffiene diffusers april 2nd, got them may 2nd. They have a strange taste but will still use them. I got the melatonin ones and love them to peices so tasty, smells great and since i have adhd they keep me up but my friend that doesnt have adhd it helped her sleep so well

The first time I used it I got tired quickly and I’m not sure how many puffs I should take to really get tired but it seems to work well.
