haven't received order ordered dec 19 now it is january 7 great service would not recommend to friend

Actually the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I know they’ve had shipping delays, but when I ordered on 11/29 I thought I was safe before Christmas. They advertise- for some reason, shipping within 24 hours on their website but even when I’ve ordered precovid on off seasons this hasn’t been true. Also, I’ve contacted their service for questions before- including what kind of battery was in the device to find out if I could send one to a friend overseas, and whether I would pay customs if I shipped directly from the company or if he would have to pay when the package was delivered and 3 weeks with probably 15 late and useless email replies later, they finally said no idea sorry. Also, I got their big box of stuff including gummies and I’m fairly sure my cap is nonfunctional and stuck. I love the product, I cannot put up with the service!!!

I placed an order at the beginning of December and received an order confirmation. I never received any shipping updates so emailed for an update on my order as it was a Christmas present for someone. They never got back to me and on Christmas Eve I received an email to confirm my order was shipped. The shipping fee at this company is £17. I think it is unacceptable for an order to be left for 3 weeks after it is confirmed for it to be shipped. I emailed the company requesting a refund of my shipping fee (bearing in mind it has still not arrived on the 29th), they replied with a short email saying no as it is a standard fee. I asked them to justify charging such a high shipping amount then waiting weeks after an order is placed to ship it and they replied ‘thanks for giving it an honest try’. I cannot believe this is how the support manager of the ‘care team’ is helping their customers. Will not be ordering again.

Paid For express shipping and still haven’t got it a week and a half later, says they haven’t even sent it off yet

Have waited for a MONTH without any contact from them, sent around 6 different emails, and all I get are the same stupid emails of "hope you are enjoying our products" / "quick, consume the gift cards we gave you with your order" while I have not received what I ordered on Nov 18

I never got my order I didn’t even get a damn shipping number

i haven’t gotten it yet and it’s been a week.
