Total scam
Total scam. I ordered 2 planters in March it’s now middle of June and have not had any contact from them and the phone number is disconnected!

Damaged packaging, damaged item, used table
Paid for a new table; sent a USED one. Sent co. photo proof of wear & damage (i.e., rusted screws, inconsistent parts, scratches, pieces of table broken off inside box, missing finishing on breakage area, dinged edges where broken pieces previously attached, exposed splintering on half the length of the table). Totally furniture claims it's not damaged just the look. Broken is defined as damage.
