Ruby was great! Excellent customer service. I have a RGB rope light that is 7 years old and Ruby found me a replacement controller after mine stopped working.

Great service and follow up. I had an issue with a motion light I purchased and the company responded immediately. They tried to help me troubleshoot the issue however we were not able to fix the light. They then sent me a replacement light. You don’t get that type of good service anymore. I would highly recommend this company.

I bought the wrong light kit for my safe. It had a switch instead of a motion sensor. My bad. Customer service got back to me a resolved the issue promptly and I bought a sensor. All good!
