Good. Coverage is good in my area.

I was a t-mobile customer for years and years until I moved out of the US. But I wanted to tell you about an interesting experience. I had to unlock my old t-mobile locked phone recently. After 3 calls to support it didn't work. They kept saying ok we put in the request and it'll work in 24 hours. (never mind need to wait 40m+ each call). My last last attempt was to message their facebook account. The agent I got spent 2 days on chat with me until he/she finally figured out some problem internally and the phone was truly unlocked. Incredible! Never had such dedication from any large company in the US.

If you're traveling a lot, I would recommend T-Mobile. Their international plans are the best on the market, whether you're in the US calling out or vice versa!!

I’ve had T-Mobile for like 6 years now, although their plans could be a little more budget friendly and offer more customer service help at their stores rather than having to call, I don’t ever really run into problems with them- wether in service or billing. The employees are always nice too. Hoping T-Mobile adds more service areas because it does get annoying my calls drop when I drive across town.

I probably would’ve given them 2 if it were last year-but, in the past year their customer service has gotten quicker-and better all the way around. I still feel like my bill could be lower-so I will continue to shop around for the furture-but so far -they’re doing a lot better than before!

Absolutely love T-Mobile! I get great service here in Vegas! I unfortunately get no service in any casino unlike my friends on ATT and Verizon... I have to take a star away from that.
