I had a question about my trademark because the trademark application that I had on file was the wrong type of trademark. So I called this company and the representative took my information down and I was told I would receive a call back. A man named Chris gave me a call and I told him about my problem About my trademark situation. Chris took my information down and told me he would get back with me. In the same day Chris called me back and told me that he took time to review my situation and sent me an email on what to do about my situation. I understand that every situation is different and my situation did not require their services but it was still a unique situation and he helped me with it. From that small experience i had with this company i can tell that if their services were needed they would put their all in to helping you! Thank you for taking the time to help

Omg! I am thankful for Chris to stay on top of me to do my trademark. Both Chris and Heather where totally awesome. Very knowledgeable, accurate, & very informative.
