Hindrik, nous avons bien reçu ton avis. C’est dommage que tu ne nous aies pas contactés avant, car dans le mail de commande et le mail de suivi, nous avons précisé que la crème contient bien des agents anesthésiants comme la lidocaïne et la prilocaïne, mais que les mots ont été retirés du tube et de la boîte. En effet, si les douanes voient ces mentions, elles saisissent le produit et infligent une amende. Ne t’inquiète pas, tu ressentiras bien l’effet anesthésiant ! Dis-nous comment ça s’est passé. Peux-tu s’il te plaît modifier ton avis ? Les commandes de cette semaine contiennent d’ailleurs un nouveau flyer où tout cela est clairement indiqué. Hi Rachel It seems you've mistaken the websites, we only sell on www.tktx.co and we don't do same day posting. Probably the fake website you've bought is ignoring you and you have no choice complaining on the original website Please ask for a refund on the fake website and we gently ask you to remove this review since it is damaging the ONLY original website and might scare off other interested clients If you need more information please contact us at [email protected]

Hi Amy Did you order on www.tktx.co? We ONLY sell there. All other websites are fake. We can't find any order on your name or email. When you order with us you get a order confirmation mail, tracking mail and you can always find it back in your account. Please contact us with your order details at [email protected] We've found out that people get scammed on other websites and put a 1 star here because the scammers never respond. If you didn't order on www.tktx.co please order from us, ask for a refund with your bank and delete this review 🤎🙌🏼

Our ONLY social handle is @tktx.europe We have changed the numbing ingredients on the box for legal reasons in some countries but inside the cream there is still the numbing agent. Contact us for more info!
