I was emailed right away confirming…
I was emailed right away confirming that my order was received, but was on hold due to missing information. I was informed that after I replied with the missing information they would be able to send me a proof of my order. When I received my proof I was able to email any corrections needed, (due to me selecting the wrong print), and after receiving another proof with the corrected printing, I confirmed my order and received my order 1 week later.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Veda! We're very proud of our customer care team. They're great at spotting missing information or potential errors BEFORE orders go to print. Thank you for your patronage. Best wishes!

My cups arrived
My cups arrived but I had them delivered elsewhere. That being said I have yet to see them. Today I am picking them up for the party in November. Can't wait to see them. I picked them up today. I love them. They will help to make this surprise party a great function!!
