TOTAL SCAM Took a month to arrive, and the jacket had no tags and the label was cut off, and they are asking me to prove that I didn't do it, which is impossible. I tried it on for two seconds, and it's cartoonishly small for the size as advertised. Garbage, garbage, garbage.

I ordered a leather sport jacket and a linen shirt fir my husband. I placed my order on July 16, 2026 and as of October 13, 2026, I have not received my order. I sent multiple emails and only received generic responses that never resolved my issue. Now my emails are being blocked by Timothy Matthews and I have no recourse to get a refund. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. You will never receive your items and be treated extremely poor.

This company is in China...refused refund on shoes and charged me for a pair I never received. Working through my credit card company. They are fighting it. Warning...cheaply made shoes as well. They do not follow through on emails through their website.

Ordered shorts advertised as cotton. Very cheap material, wrong color. Do not order from this company. They are a fraud . They are co. from China.

I received my order and honestly, it's not even close to what I was expecting, The olive color suit turned out to be a parakeet green cheap and poor disegn, the packaging was not what it was advertised, it came in a bag when I was expecting a nice box, this was ment to be for a wedding next month and Im really disappointed of the poor quality I received, neither of the purchases I made were worth it , I requested my refund and i was offered a 15% refund and no return required, full refund but I have to pay the shipping cost $40-$50 and/or one time free replacement.

Terrible! Pants arrived without button holes, completely different than what we ordered. Size much smaller than ordered. Difficult reply from customer service. To return you need to pay $40-50 and any duties applied as it comes from China. Only offered 15% credit. Be aware!

Please don't buy anything from this store called Timothy Matthew; they sell very low-quality items, and these items are from China. It took 4 weeks to get my order. When my order arrived, it was very low quality. Also there return policy is very bad. Please avoid Timothy Matthew. It is a fraudulent store.
