The plates arrived beautifully cut in less than 10 days! The steel was clean and almost scratch free and the cuts and holes were smooth - these are going to look fantastic on our timber trusses! Great work!

We used to have a local business whose motto was, "No job too big, no job too small." While my initial sizable order from Timberplates received timely attention, my subsequent much smaller one - a minor detail I'd overlooked - was no less regarded. Rhett got on it immediately, thus obviating the company's priority: the customer, and not the size and commensurate revenue potential of a job. I did the calculations to build my own timber plates and realized it was much easier and a better quality product if I bought them from timber plate. Of course the cost was a tad bit more than I would’ve paid but I would’ve spent many hours fabricating them. The product is as noted and was delivered on time. Quality product and their interface with the engineer was easy and enjoyable and he was very knowledgeable and made it clear that if I needed to order custom plates they were relatively the same price as a standard off-the-shelf plate. I highly recommend.
