My experience with Timberplates was fantastic. I placed my order, and they reviewed every detail. When questions were presented, I was able to send the drawings directly to them and the sourced what I needed. I will surely be back for more.

All the items I ordered came quickly. I was able to connect on line and get answers about the products before I ordered. I will say that the specifications on the web site were incorrect but the online chat allowed me to get the required clarification. I hope you do change the specifications on-line for future buyers.
