We had a issues with our system, contacted support and did troubleshooting, found faulty hard drive, support reached out to us and replaced the hard dive under warranty and no issues, easy and friendly support.

I had a ZOSi DVR, and the software stopped working for accessing the DVR from a PC. I stayed in contact with their support for more than 6 months, and they never fixed the PC software. I ordered this TIGER SECU DVR, and it worked with my ZOSi cameras. The PC software worked at first, but after a Windows 11 update, it stopped working. I was able to use the web viewer until I got in touch with TIGERSECU support and received the updated software, and the PC software works again. They were responsive, but I was the one who was too busy to install it right away(the Web Client was still working). No complaints, and it was not expensive either. Two thumbs up!
