Sharon has been such a supportive and caring therapist. I truly appreciate how she listens to me without judgment and makes me feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. I never feel like I have to hide what I’m going through or worry about being judged. She makes me feel heard, understood, and supported, and that means more than words can express. The therapist was very nice, helpful to me in my situation as well as my own depression. She was also very kind, supportive and understanding about me! The atmosphere was relaxing and calm and comfortable! I was very grateful for the opportunity that was given me by this group of service!

I have very meaningful sessions with my therapist. At the end of our sessions, she sends me information to reinforce our sessions. This keeps my mind on the things we discussed and leads me to understanding myself and my situation.
