Cheryl is a wonderful therapist who creates a calm, safe, and judgment-free space to talk and share openly. I appreciate the balance she strikes between listening with empathy and gently prompting me with questions that help me explore my emotions more deeply and understand their roots. I always look forward to our sessions.
