I was having problem migrating my files from one host to another PLUS Thrive Themes plug ins had a bug in them. They finally fixed the bug and Kenneth downloaded the new fixes to my hosting site. This whole process took almost three weeks and Kenneth from Thrive Themes stayed with me throughout that whole time. I really appreciated his help and timely responses.
