My nurse practitioner was great, she went over my treatment plan and made sure I understood. Lower score for customer service, I could not get anyone to answer me.

I like that it was a telehealth appointment in the convenience of my home and schedule. The intake worker, Nicole was great and she was very helpful. The nurse practitioner, Katie, who I had my appt. with was really nice and explained things in a way I could understand. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

I had a great start with this organization. Tiffany, who did my initial call was and continues to be fabulous at responding to my questions. I had my initial appointment with the PA and had labs scheduled. I had an extremely disappointing interaction with a mobile lab tech by the name of Melena who I discovered works for myonsite.healthcare. Tiffany promptly addressed the issue. I received a follow up call from Jordan, who was supportive and advised that they were no longer using that mobile lab. I appreciate an organization that can review a client's feedback and take action. I am hopeful for amazing results. It is refreshing to find an organization that values patient relationships.
