From the moment we spoke to Rachael to the end, when our car was delivered. Our experience was very positive. Rachael was extremely patient and helpful while we chose our vehicle. We purchased a Lexus UX, our Lexus arrived earlier than expected and my wife loves the vehicle we purchased. We’ll definitely go back to ThisCar on our next purchase.

The communication made this deal easy. Daniela kept me up to date on this car deal. She told me what to expect and helped me out when I had issues with sending some of my information. I recommend using ThisCar when selling your car.

Professional and easy to work with. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. It was a very different experience than the traditional high pressure dealership.
