Doesn't react to e-mails. Say they offer refund, but do not, because they do not respond to e-mails. The audio and video quality is extremly poor (not ease to understand and the volume is too low). I recommend purchasing a course with better quality by a trained teacher. I deeply regret not researching better before purchasing.

update: They are trying to take down my review but thank you trustpilot for keeping it real :) Please read this before making a purchase! She DOESN'T ANY OFFER REFUND even though she says she does on her website I completed the release trauma & stress course, and during this period i started have lower back pain which i've never experienced before but i managed to complete the course. In the end, ı didn't have any release what so ever... So i sent an email telling my situation and asked for a refund. In her website you can see that she says she offers refund if you complete the course and ask for a refund in 60 days...No replies, i left a comment on one of her posts on instagram and shared my experience she immediately deleted my post and sent me a message asking my email. Then i received an email saying i should do the course again and read the blog, i asked for a REFUND again no replies... I left another comment on instagram... She asked my name email and then she sends me an email saying weird excuses like i didn't watch the pdf file for 20 minutes so i didn't complete the course :D (the exercise is to write a journal on PAPER) Telling me i watched one of the videos twice :) so it is not acceptable and so on ( giving lame excuses for just a refund). Long story short, she deletes negative & real reviews she is not honest about the refund and even BLOCKS you if you keep asking about it. So think twice before buying the course. Also about the course: most of the steps are just repetitions and most of them are already shared on her instagram page...

The release your shoulders program had no healing effect at all, and when I requested the money back guarantee, my many emails were completely ignored.

the program is so basic and not motivational, no benefit obtained after several weeks of trying. customer service refused to refund.

This 'course' is very poor quality both in terms of content and production. It is filmed on a phone and the backdrop is a dirty sheet. It isn't a 28-day course, as there are only about six short recordings repeated several times. Some days, there are no exercises and just a PDF to read. Also, all the videos in this course are available for free on her YouTube channel! It is literally the laziest attempt at a course I have ever seen. In my opinion, this does not provide any value. I tried to get my money back with the assured 'Money Back Guarantee' but was denied.
