Received it. Open the box to see the ceramic pot broken. Open the plant soil to see worms. If the worms are not normal. Please let me know if i should toss the whole plant

Two of the four pots were broken. I won’t be purchasing here again.

You can better coordinate the delivery of the actual plant and the pot. I haven’t seen the items since it was a gift, but it was embarrassing for the recipient to receive an empty pot first.

The plant arrived with 4 of 7 leaves damaged. They were bent to fit in the box and have dried creases and holes. Pretty unhappy with such an expensive purchase. I just hope the plant makes it.

Plants look fine but two of my plants were delivered without the ceramic pot that I chose to go with the plant and paid for. My cactus was delivered completely tipped over and unrooted from the soil. Not to mention I paid $346 for 4 plants

Plant arrived, but was throughly dry and leaves falling off everywhere. Not what I was expecting from The Sill. Not sure if I will be ordering again.
