Easy to use and they keep you up dated very well!

TherapyNotes, LLC has been a great add on to my practice. It keeps me up to date with my notes and without having to review for various reasons such as 90 days, etc., it reminds me and gives me more time with my patients versus looking through charts for various dates. I have been using TherapyNotes now for 6 months, and have been very happy with this option for my start-up private practice. It does pretty much everything I want, and there customer support is VERY responsive.

TherapyNotes is amazing. I went from a practice with secretaries to one where I am responsible for all the admin work. TherapyNotes provides a scheduling portal which my patients can acces 24-7 and they LOVE it. I had to learn a lot about billing and accounting and the tech support is absolutely awesome. It was so comforting to know they were there to help with any issue.

Upgraded frequently to keep on the top of the game of therapy notes and insurance. Delightful and easy to use.

All I can say is that TherapyNotes practically texts you when something needs to be done. Really amazing and so easy to navigate.

I've been using therapy notes for almost a year and they have never let me down. They have help me set up electronic billing through the clearinghouse and answer my questions very quickly via email. I have been in a small practice by myself and one friend without administrative staff to help. Therapy notes has made it possible for me to see patients and spend a little time on paperwork and other tasks because it is efficient and reliable.
