I have found the support team to be very helpful, responsive, and warm. I have been very pleased with the level of support I receive and would say it is an excellent value for what I pay.

I've been using Therapy Notes since I started in Psych outpatient as a NP, it has been so easy to get started and help is always around the corner. Staff is quick to respond and pleasant. You can change your style of notes on the back end, billing, credit card, telehealth....they do it all. Not to mention, a great price compared to others.

TherapyNotes is the best EHR, hands down. The interface is easy to use, and their support is better than any other company I have ever dealt with. Not exaggerating.

This program is so user friendly! I love the support from the customer service team. Therapy notes is so easy to use for a individual or a group practice. It helps a lot with billing, which is an area where I stuggle with in my practice.

The knowledge and professionalism

The support person who helped me, Eddie, was great. He is personable, knowledgeable and patient. I am not yet very familiar with Therapy Notes and he took time to help me learn what I needed to know to access the information I was seeking.

Courtney M. knew just how to solve a billing issue that had me in panic mode. I wish all customer service responded like therapy notes do, because it just makes life so much easier to run a business.
