Hi there! Your order was shipped on the release date. You ordered a preorder that was sent to release at a later date. The reason "shipping" took 2 months, is simply because the product was not released yet by The Pokemon Company. Please understand that you cannot receive an order prior to the stated release date. Also, ThePokeNest cannot control the randomized pull rates of Pokemon packs. Leaving a negative review because you didn't receive positive pulls is very unfair to our business. Hi there! I'm sorry that your experience wasn't up to par :(. We have quality checks that all vintage cards are Lightly Played or better. Keep in mind that these cards are often times 20+ years old! We offer returns within 30 days of delivery if you'd like to return your vintage Holo pull! Thanks.

Hi there, Subscriptions are sent out on or around the 15th of every month. If you order after the 7th of a month, your subscription will start the following month. Since you ordered after the 7th of last month, your subscription started this month, November. November subscription boxes have not gone out yet. Hi there, This order #6135 is marked as delivered by USPS. Is there another order that you are referencing? If there was a replacement sent out, it may still be on its way. This review was made 2 days after the replacement was sent out. Please make sure to check your email for the tracking, as a notification was automatically sent out upon fulfillment by our system. It may be in your spam folder! You never know! Edit: I have reviewed your response. As stated from our previous communication, a replacement has been sent. A refund can only be assessed in accordance with our shipping and refund policy if a replacement hasn't been sent. This will be the last time that I respond to you unless the situation changes. Hi Scott, Thanks for your review. Please understand that USPS lost your package and you were fully refunded, which we didn't have to do. You did not pay for insurance. Yet, you are still here making multiple reviews when you only purchased once. Orders are dropped off in bulk shipments, and USPS scans them in at the regional center, because of our large order volume. USPS did not refund us, and I went out of my way to personally refund you and take the double loss. If there was something else I can do, let me know. It's really as simple as a lost item by USPS and a refund was issued.

Hi Anthony! In cases where a package is lost or stolen after fulfillment, unfortunately we have no control over this. The reason for filing a USPS lost package request is to gain some evidence so we can ultimately receive a refund from postal insurance in order to refund you. Since we have not heard back from USPS on this issue yet, we have not responded to you prior to this. Please remain patient, and if we receive a refund from USPS, we will refund you the $150 of insurance that is included with USPS priority claims. Unfortunately, we cannot send a replacement order due to inventory stock.

Hi Paul, This happened over 8 months ago, and your reviews are continuously taken down due to false information. We will do everything we can as a business to have trustpilot have this one taken down as well. I take it that the comments we made to you to see a therapist was taken as a direct insult, when in reality, we want you to receive genuine help, and have this issue resolved. I want to see you thrive, and not attack a small business over something that has been handled and you have already received a refund for. We banned you for charging back a preorder, and this is in our policies that are again, a business policy to help customers and our business alike for business to run smoothly. If you choose not to abide by the policies agreed to at purchase, then it is what it is. Again, I urge you to please let this go, or ThePokeNest will continue to have to defend our stance on this.
