Our recipes are developed with veterinarians and made from wholesome ingredients that humans trust. We offer both fresh recipes (shipped frozen) and gently air-dried recipes, both of which support dog’s gut health & immunity, contribute to a shiny coat, and promote an overall active lifestyle. Pets Table Customer Service & Website - 0%

UPDATE: The Pets Table agreed to a 50% refund, not credit, of a what they charged me to compensate for a website malfunction that resulted in shipping too much food. I called customer service twice and emailed three times, before posting a negative review. I received an email in response to the review. After a couple of exchanges, a refund was processed. I appreciate their consideration. Three stars = it shouldn't have been that difficult to receive compensation for a malfunctioning website issue. There are three different ways to order Pets Table food - 100% (full meal), 70% (mixed), and 50% (topper). My intial order was for the 100% "full meal" type. However, the amount of food received was too much. I went into the website to change the delivery date to give me time to use up the order AND reduce the food order to 50% "topper" type within the first couple days following the delivery. As requested, the second order was delayed correctly, but the meal type remained at 100% and the food amount more than doubled! I called customer service to explain I received too much food. It was then I learned my meal change request to 50% was not reflected in my account? It still showed 100% full meal type! Once again, I went back into the website and attempted to change to 50% "topper", but the page returned an error telling me "there was an issue updating recipes". (This did not appear the first time I tried to change my order.) I tried again and received the error. It took three attempts before correctly recording my selection. My order was delivered incorrectly because Pets Table's website malfunctioned. When I explained this to customer care via phone, they pretended as if I hadn't mentioned the website malfunction. When I emailed three times, including screenshots of error, the response didn't address the reason for my message??? Pets Table "customer care" denied my refund request twice via phone and twice via email. I won't be reaching out to them anymore, but I will be posting and sharing my story. My senior pug will be 17-year old in September. He's already transitioned to this food. I won't jeopardize his health by switching foods again because I'm frustrated with PT non-existent customer service. Farmers Dog might cost a little more, but at least their website ordering system works properly. Pets Table customer service = ZERO PERCENT.
