I had a monitoring system put in 3 weeks ago. I was having some problems with finding the correct spot for one of my motion sensors. The team at the Monitoring Centre was very, very helpful. They came back several times and were always very pleasant. I now have the perfect spot and everything is wonderful. I found their customer service and techical support very professional and enjoyable to deal with.

The Monitoring Center's tech was able to hook up existing alarm sensors that the ADT tech couldn't be bothered to event try. I am very happy with the service so far.
