Great pricing but short on customer service. Had an alarm go off based on a motion sensor, cancelled the dispatch as an offer but was still charged. Technically in the contract so offering to cancel the security pass only saved the alarm company money... see where I'm going here? Shouldn't have offered to cancel if you were charging either way. Oh well, only 17 months left on the contract.

Guard dispatch is charged "per dispatch" ... you only pay if you use the service and unfortunately this independent professional service does charge even if the dispatch is cancelled. In regards to my personal experience, I’m a bit disappointed with the service. I was given one price, then when the technician came over, he said that it was going to be more expensive, based on my home and that the office could not possibly know what I needed because they were not at the house. I then decided to call the office and discuss this, I left a message for them to call me back. I’m still waiting for the callback. Very upset about this. I also had to agree and sign for the extra money, or the technician would not do the work. Very unprofessional and upsetting. He didn’t even suggest calling the office to discuss this. Also, I need to add that it was around 7:00am and there was no one in the office, but he should have been able to contact someone. Not happy about this!

Monitoring has been good. The service to repair or replace defective equipment very poor. It takes at least 3 weeks for someone to show up and then an appointment can be cancelled at the last minute and pushed back another 3 or 4 weeks. Not recommended for service just for monitoring. Apr 29th Once again the Monitoring centre has failed to deliver. Promised for Apr 29th between 8-9 rec'd call at 8:01 cancelling the appt and rescheduling until May 6th. As indicated before if you are looking for reliable repair service look elsewhere. If you just want monitoring service they are ok May 6th Finally, someone showed up. Replaced 2 smoke detectors that were 10 years old. This took about 20 minutes - cost over $250. Crazy prices for less then half an hour of work. Alarm went off Mar 20th, finally sorted May 6th.

Didn't know I was going to lose the ability of controlling the system via an app like my old system. A bit disappointed.

The items you install is very expensive( close 40 to 50% more than what is available at market).

I am the new Owner of the where I ask the re start the services under my name. Installer came and restart the security system when I ask about the remote controls he said old one is out of batteries you have to buy the batteries. I pay onetime regeneration fee technically They should give me a new remotes because I am a new costumer.
