I Purchased a pair of glasses that ended up being too heavy for my face & sliding off my nose. I was set on returning them for a full refund. I called CS to do just that. I spoke with Emily who was very friendly, patient, helpful and supportive .She not only assisted me with a different pair of glasses, (which I love), she was in touch with me until delivery to make sure that the new pair was exactly what I had hoped for. Emily is not only an asset to your team she is an asset to your company. I look forward to purchasing my next pair of glasses with The Framery!

Never had glasses made and delivered so fast. They are perfect. Even came with simple instructions on how to adjust if loose fitting! Thank you , I will be back!

Fantastic selection of frames. Love the try-before-you-buy option. Delivery was fast and glasses were safely packed and exactly what I had ordered. I got to see how they looked, how they felt, how light they were, how sturdy they were, and they came in my prescription so I was able to wear them for a few days to make sure. Return was simple. My actual glasses with the added features I wanted were delivered within a week of sending the samples back.

Ordered prescription is good. Glasses a little heavy but I don’t have to wear them all day. Customer service was good. They contacted me and followed through. I received them quickly.
