Just spoke to Moira at Tesco Direct Customer services in Dundee she was so helpful and a pleasure to deal an asset to you customer service team.

I ordered an Indesit washing machine through tesco direct (good specs and good price with free recycling). I had asked if installation would be possible and described my setup - I was told yes. When the Indesit engineers came they were unable to fit my machine due to the waste pipe being extended (its their policy) I called tesco for a refund and spoke to a lovely gentleman. He organised a refund with a further 10pound credit for the trouble. I think this is great customer service.

Ordered items on the Monday and they were ready for me to collect on the Tuesday. Friendly Staff and no queuing. Also had to take a pair of curtains back last month, again no problems at all, money refunded back to my debit card. Never had any problems at all with Tesco Direct and everything I have ordered has been delivered within a few days.

being dealing with tesco for a few years now and a few small problems but when contacted gave me a reply there and then and tracked it to let me know what was happening and what delay was.

Ordered pillows online, as they had great offers on bedding. Next day pillows was ready for collection. Staff in Tesco Metro Torquay was very helpful. Love to shop this way.

I waited to Xmas day sale to buy a Lenovo 10/70 HD tablet from Argos. They and Currys upped the price on their sale by £30 so no Xmas cheer there. I looked on Tesco's direct and there is was at the original price £30 below Argos and Currys. I ordered it Boxing day and picked it up 3 days later, 2 of these were Bank Holidays. Well done Tesco a smooth transaction and the product is Excellent. New customer for sure.

I bought an item online from Tesco, their website was updated regularly with status of the delivery which was made to the store selected by me before the time promised. I received a text message and email confirming my parcel was ready for collection - Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Perfect service
