Working as a consultant through an intermediary can sometimes feel distant or transactional, but my experience has been the complete opposite. From the very beginning, the entire process has been handled with a level of care and organization that made everything feel smooth and intentional. Throughout the journey, I have consistently felt supported by Tecla. That kind of continuous support makes a real difference, especially in consulting roles where alignment and communication are key. What I value most is how they treat their collaborators. The hiring process is not easy, but nothing that is worth is easy anyways, everyone at the company is super kind and helpful. The only hair on the soup is that payments tend to be a little unstable related to the payment day, but you always get your payment without issues. Tecla opens the possibility to work with top companies around the world and I highly recommend to join them to skyrocket your potential.
