Fair price for my used iphones and they even bought an ancient tablet I brought in. The staff were all very pleasant and the process was quick.

My experience with TechTwice was perfect. I had them send me the shipping package. Inside it said if I send it back and it's post marked by Feb 27th they'd give me and extra $5. Well I explained to them that I didn't receive their shipping box until Feb 29th. So I'd need a time machine to get the extra $5. I did however send it back right away. Well they gave me the $5 anyway. TechTwice is how it's supposed to work. They did what they said they'd do, and found a way to exceed my expectations!

Super quick and easy process- TechTwice gave me an awesome price in buying back my iphone 6. Much better than anything at&t or apple had to offer. I sent my iphone and received my check within a few days. Super friendly customer service, and seamless process overall!
