Been treated fairly so far. No real big issues

In my experience with most all of the agents & representatives that spoke with me to help me solve my issues have been very knowledgeable, patient, genuinely supportive. All of the support staff for this company really deserve to be compensated for the help and encouragement that is given to each of us when we call-in. I am a novice in the Trucking industry but have been around many of them. I know some of the things you have to endure to get that job done. MY HAT IS OFF TO EACH OF THEM. Used TBS with last company setup. Only issue is that every now and then we're charged for wire transfers that were paid out the next day when paperwork was sent before noon cst

Everything is fine for around 5 years with your company the only that happened is that sometimes it take too long to get excibit c back for signed,and I should wait for send paperwork for payments because I need to wait for the percent and update it on the system so before I send the quick pay for match and in the day I got the excibit I know you are growing so maybe need more workers in order to satisfied the client on time
