I would definitely not recommend doing this because I ended up paying tapping pay the toll fees then I ended up paying the North Texas tollway authority toll fees plus the late fees because I didn't know that it wasn't paid because tapping page said it was paid so they're double dipping and they're not performing any kind of service so I'm over $100 now and late fees and stuff that I didn't know about because tap and pay said it was paid for they're awful if I can give negative Stars I would as many as I could

I recently (3 days ago) initiated a tapandpay account and put in the wrong plate number. I needed help putting the correct plate number in. The gentleman that help me was very pleasant and easy to talk with. He put the tech team on and assured me it would be fixed in the next couple days. I started by texting for help and included a brief description of the problem. He called me the following day already aware of my problem. The call took approximately a very efficient and pleasant 7 minutes. Outstanding
