Dear Wendy, Thank you for posting such honest feedback on our page. We work very hard to ensure the success of all our tours and strive to provide only the best possible service to our guests, so we are very sorry to hear about your experience. Our call centers are open around the clock to accommodate all time zones, so we are very surprised to hear you had so much trouble reaching us. Perhaps it was during the time we were updating our systems and call centers? That is certainly no excuse, but I believe it to be the only possible explanation. That said, we pride ourselves in always honoring our word and putting the customer first, so we would be very grateful if you could give us the opportunity to make it up to you. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] referencing this conversation at any time and we will be more than happy to do anything in our power to make things right. Again, we cannot apologize enough for all the inconvenience we have caused you, but look forward to make amends and change your opinion of our company. Looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Gaia

We are glad to hear you had such a great time at the Louvre with Adam, and found him to be knowledgeable and fun, as that is exactly how we want our guides to be! We hope you had a wonderful time in beautiful Paris and that you will have the chance to join us again, perhaps in other locations, in the future. All our best, Gaia
