Recently bought a mail order shipment of ammo and aside from not being able to speak with a live body, the process was amazing!! My only concern was I didn't get a tracking email and to be fair, I may have missed it. But my box of ammo was on the front porch the day I emailed Tactical support to check on the order..went to leave for an appointment and there was my box..go figure. These guys delivered and in my case it really helped..since commiefornia is becoming a real shooter's paradise...

I ordered a few thousand Murom Small Pistol Primers and received a bad batch. I was getting 5 to 6 dud primers every 100 reloads. contacted them and Rachel made it right. Rachel exchanged the defective primers. Loaded another 300 rounds went back to the range and all went bang .Awesome customer service. Nice to have a company that cares about there customers.
